Hi lo can have full fat cows milk in food from 6 months but they cant have it as a main drink till 1 yr as it doesnt have all the extra vitamins and iron in that breast milk or formula have . Yes it does have to be full fat hun . x

When can I start giving my daughter cow's milk?? Does it need to be full fat?
