    If you have a lot of time, halve it and ut it in a roasting tin with some water and cover with foil. Cook (roast) at a low temp in the oven for a couple of hours and the flesh is really easy to scoop out then, much easier than peeling. I think it has a slightly sweeter flavour too.

    peel, halve, scoop out seeds, chop flesh into cubes, steam till soft. it can be difficult and time consuming to prepare, buy it frozen from waitrose/ocado instead.
