I reheat their meals in the micrwoave usually for around a minute if its fully defrosted then i let it cool.

As for the milk i add it before i freeze it otherwise some food can be difficult to puree and wont go to the right consistency!

    I have a questionIckleDen

    Hi

I am going to start making my LO some home made food, very simple things at the moment like potato with a veggie. I have read that lots of you add some of LO milk to make it the right consistency but was wondering at what point you do this? I plan on making a batch of food up and freezing it so do I add the milk just before I feed it to her or as I make it up?? Also how are you all reheating the food??

Silly questions I know but this is my first time
