Me and my sister have started a document for mum's to make some fab recipies and with lots of information on how to give there children the best possible start in life with food. with things like first tastes and the key things children need in there diet this is a good lil thing to read and to have.

With me having Dylan (6.5months) and my sister a food nutritionalist(sp?)

It will hopefully be ready by the end of the week, friday/saturday-ish

I am going to be selling this for a small fee of 50p as its taken a lot of research and time for us to do this, but 25p will be going to Alder Hey hospital as my godson George (3yrs) is currently in hospital there having an operation on his heart
