from 6 months old yes...before then they recommend staying away from gluten (flour)...and by then you dont need to use formula you can just use cows milk...altho if you make a bigger lot for yourself and its thicker than baby consistency you could thin down your LOs portion with formula if you wanted

just remember no extra salt as there will already be some in the cheese

me again...  youd never believe i was a second time mummy, lol!!!

anyway, i know i can buy baby cheese sauce but im wondering if i can give baby my cheese sauce???   all i put in is cheese, milk, and corn flour to thicken...    and if i use formula milk can i freeze?????
