My little boy has been having curry with us since about 8 months. He is now 11 months and loves it, not too mild either, normally medum strength with a bit of garlic naan!!! I think he is like me and hates bland food, he even has to have spicy tomato pickle on dairylea!!!

Not sure, but my lo is nearly six months and I put a pinch of coriander and cumin in ner carrot and sweet potato along with a tiny piece of garlic the other day and she loved it! We eat a lot of food like this so I want her to get used to it. My 7 year old loves curry cos of the burn on his tongue! I will just add spices slowly. Mostly I make curries without any chilli, just the spices and my husband and I add chilli pickle for ourselves.

i think the 1st baby jars that have any curry in them start from the 7+ age...so presumably from 6 months old or so...obviously keep it very mild to start with tho
what i used to do when we had curry and DS1 was about 9 months old was to get a 4-6 months chicken/veg puree jar...add in some finely chopped chicken, well cooked rice and some cooked veg (carrots and/or peas etc)...then added in a tiny amount of our curry sauce...the jar gave a good sauce base to start with and you can slowly up the amount of curry sauce as your LO gets accustomed to the flavour
