    You could try paste like, beef chicken or fish. A great way to give an extra serving of protein. Also consider trying different breads and crackers, or giving soup to dip in.

    Try full fat philadelphia mixed up in a bowl with chopped tomatoes (drain the juice out first) or use fresh tomato chopped up very finely with a tiny pinch of basil herbs from a jar. (or use fresh if you have it even better)   Stick in sandwich using wholemeal bread.  I cut the crusts off and squish it a bit and cut it up into tiny triangles.  My 8 month old loves eating them himself

    Tuna or egg mayo just make sure you use shop bought jarred mayo not the fresh or homemade stuff. Unsalted butter with very very thin spread of marmite. Peanut butter.

    Hi

    My ds is 8 months and would like to try him with sandwiches but dont know what filling to use, he doesnt like cheese at all and gags and is sometimes sick when he eats it. Any ideas???
