    Hi

cauliflower cheese or cauli & broc cheese are always a firm favourite and I know I can pull one out of the freezer and she'll eat it everytime!

She also like sausage casserole in a tomato sauce this freezes well

I find tomato dishes easy to do. I made two meals (batch cook) last night. I bought a pack of turkey steaks and fried them off, stuck them in my magimix chopper which makes nice mince sized turkey bits. Turkey is very good for them. I used, carrots, tinned toms, courgettes, different coloured peppers, garlic, onions, fresh basil, fresh peas, red lentils, mushrooms. In one dish I used peppers and carrots mostly and in the other I used onions and mostly mushrooms. Just made it up as I went along. I also make chicken, mush, leek stew with lentils, potatoes and carrots. I also make another stew with steak, potatoes, carrots, fresh peas.

Looking for some inspiration as freezer is empty and need to batch cook.

Can you suggest anything?  She always has cottage pie, shepherds pie, fish pie and lasagne so after other things besides them!

Must be suitable for freezing and not too difficult as I am not a very good cook!

    Thank you
