Have not forgotten you all. My little one has been ill over the last few months so have not been able to get back to you all. I'll put the info here for you to see and then if you are still interested pm me and I can send it to you either by email or on a CD whichever you prefer. The price is £3.50 if you want it emailed to you to print out yourself or £4.50 if you want it put onto a CD and posted to you. An example of two of the receipes are below.
Italian Chicken
1 Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
½ small red pepper, finely chopped
Tin chopped tomatoes
½ Tsp Dried herbs
Fry garlic for 1 min.
Add chicken breast and brown on both sides.
Add peppers, tomatoes and herbs.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins.
Sausage Hotpot
3-4 Sausages
1 Small onion, peeled and sliced
1 Carrot, peeled and sliced
2 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
Tin chopped tomatoes
Turn on oven to 375 degF/190 degC Gas Mark 5
Put sausages, onion and carrot into an ovenproof dish
Arrange slices of potato on top
Cover with the tomatoes and water if necessary
Cover and cook for 1 hour in the oven
