You can make spaghetti bolognese sauce, chilli, burgers, lasagna, shepherds pie, mince mixed with veg and served with potatoes- roast/mashed/boiled... cant think of any more!

No idea re the meat loaf as never made it but if you use something to bind it such as egg then I cant see it being a problem.

i use frozen mince all the time !! i use it instead of the fresh as it saves money and i can still cook our lo a healthy meal !! well i do have a small food budget being a sahm i have to save so i can spend the time i want with our lo x
