Some rice dishes and cous cous can be delicous cold..you could add mayo / salad cream with pineapple, raisins, carrots chunks, celery, roasted vegetables, peas or you could just add mild curry powder to spice it up a bit. Just use left over with rice and leave to cool. Left over pasta can also be eaten cold.
Also there are some cold soups - I have seen some in a reciepe book but I haven't ever tried them with my ds. Oh he also like quiche/flan which can also be eaten cold.
DD1 Loves Cucumber Chunks, Cheese Chunks, Ham, Party Size Sausages & Sausage Rolls & Bread & Butter. Its One Of The Few Meals That I Know She Will Eat All Of It!
Have got the same problem. DD was 2 in Jan but hot weather makes her eat a lot less, as it does with most people no matter what age. But just want to make sure she has something.

a good one cold is pitta bread stuffed with cous cous. i buy minni pitta breads.
fry some small bits of pepper (a few colours) in olive oil. put cous cous in a bowl with water a nob of butter and a splash of lemon juice. once cous cous is done mix in the peppers and someof the oil used to fry. cut the top off the pitta and stuff.
my lo loves this.
also loves prawn c***tail, although i normally give a small jacket potato with this. cold piza goes down well here when the eather is warm.
