    I use freezer bags as that way it doesn't take up loads of room and can therefore make and freeze more food.

    I use the Annabel Karmel freezer trays so you can split the food into cubes and once it's frozen, tip out into a plastic clip lock container, which you can get from Morrisons. I used these as i found the normal containers didn't seal properly.

    I tend to save the containers that take awaay chinese food comes in.. they're designed to be ok for the mircowave and are quite robust! Ikea have some decent reasonably priced ones too

    i just got a set of different size plastic lidded ones from matalan x just make sure freezer symbol is on the bottom x

    Not so much a recipe question, but to those of you who batch cook, what containers do you find best to use when putting portions in freezer?
