gatecrashing from 0-3, right get on the phone to C.A.B and ask for a budgeting form...when it arrives u will need to fill in what incomings you have and list your outgoings like rent food phone etc etc

you then have a figure that your left with at the end - you then send this form to the water company with a letter saying basically - this is what i have this is what is spent and this is whats left over...they will accept it even if its just £5 a month as it shows willing to pay- also if u have £0 as a total at the end they will give u 6 months to get urself together

Call the water board and explain your situation, before you do anythign further- hey are more likely to accept you offer than have it dragged out for months in court

you need to do something as ignoring it will be lot worse for you

if there is a number give them a call and explain, they are normally pretty understanding and I think your offer of £100 will be ok x

heya all after a different few months having a miscarriage etc i have overlooked a water bill for 151 pounds.

well this morning im devasted and recieved a claim form form northampton county court. i have no idea what to do with it. the bill is now 215 and there is no way i can pay this i may be able to 100 this and 100 next.

the form tells me nothing. it says i can :

DO NOTHING AND A JUDGEMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST ME

SEND ALL THE MONEY NOW

ASK FOR TIME TO PAY

ADMIT ONLY ONE PART OF THE CLAIM

" if you agree with all the claim and are asking for time to pay complete the admission form and asend it direct to the claimant do not send the copy to the courts. entering a judgment mya result ina judgement being made against you.

so when looking at the admission form it asks me everything form bank account to employement, residence, depandants, incom, expenses proirity debts and offer of payment.

so now im stuck i can fill this form in, but will they accept it? will i get a ccj oh im so confused. ffs i have got myself into a right mess.
