Hello, we're off to Italy in about 3 1/2wks, with our dd.  She'll be 10 1/2mths then.  I'll be having a good look at baby things over there, so I could let you know if you do another thread or bump this one up.

We're staying with my parents on the Adriatic Coast.  Rome is wonderful ! x

Thankyou Rusey, I think we will probably go about Sept time. We have been abroad a few times with lo since she was 3 months but still get nervous about accomodation.

I went with my sister about 5 years ago and her Lo was just over one. Accommodation in Rome can be expensive and I think we stayed in a Holiday Inn with breakfast provided. We use to pinch a few yoghurt and bread sticks at breakfast time for her to snack on. I think the hardest thing they found was finding milk, but the Inn provided that in the end. It was a while ago, so it may have changed. I know now when I travel with my LO, I always (before booking) check there is a local supermarket or chemist about as in some EU countires it is the chemist that stocks all baby products.

Hi, has anyone been to Rome with a toddler our lo is 2 years. Any hotel recommendations or tips would be great
