we book everything seperatly and have found this the cheapest way though we do go in may.we go to majorca and we have flights, 3* hotel half board, private transfer and i think for the 3 of us it was just under £900.  thats 2 adults and one child who is 3. all we had to book was the transfer from home to airport and back again.well worth it. have a look at the what area you would like to go to and then look at www.tripadviser.co.uk and they will give you feed back from people who had been there to most of the hotels. we go to cala dore in majorca quite, family friendly , near a lovely beach and only an hour from palma.

Thanks for that, were are not going to take them out of school for that reason don't know what the rules are in his school because he doesnt live with us so his mum deals with that. Do you know of the best places to look and book one?

Going to ask are you taking them out of school? As new laws are coming in to prevent this in most areas. What I do suggest is look now for a good package deal that is your best bet and works out cheaper. You can leave it later as package deals never really change price, but you run the risk of not getting a place that can cater for children. easter is proabably the best time as July/August can be very hot. It depends really on how your children will cope and how long you want to go. If it is a week, then MayJune holidays can be ideal.

Hi, were are looking to take our two lo's to spain next year, it will be the first family holiday abroad so the first time either of them have been on a plane, dd is going to be 3 and dss will be 9, any advise will be greatly apreciated such as where to go and whats the cheapest way or place to book it.
