Meatloaf? served with what you fancy mash and gravy or chips and beeans its yummy
Its a cheap recipe......Packet of mince.
tube of sausagemeat
half a pack of sage and onion stuffing
one onion
2 cloves of Garlic
and an egg!
Softly fry a chopped onion and the garlic in a small amount of butter till soft. (this makes the onion taste not so harsh). With your hands (ewww!) squadge together the mince, sausagemeat and the stuffing mix (this saves the need for salt and pepper). When the onion and garlic are soft, mix them in too with the egg. Really give it a good mix (its going to feel really vile so take your rings off!) Place the mixture into a tin lined with foil and then put into a preheated oven 180C gas 5 for about an hour. If there is a lot of fat.......just drain it off!
must add its not my recipe it belongs to a girl on ivillage but its yummy
