    4oz plain flour, 2 medium eggs, 1/2 pint of milk.

    make a well with the flour and add the eggs, beat with a wooden spon and slowly incorporate your milk. dont worry about smal lumps they will be fine.

    you need a hot pan with a small amount of oil (even if non stick) and add just enough batter to cover the bottom, about 1-2 mins each side and your doen.

    ths is the same recipe as for yourkshire puddings, just get a yorkshire pudding (bun) tin and add a teaspoon of oil. put in a the hottest oven for ten mins to get the fat really hot. add your batter filling each bun plave then into 220c for about 15-20 mins. dont open too soon or they will collapse. never failed me yet. the important thing is a plastic bowl and a wooden spoon!
