if you cut them into thick strips and fry with garlic, onion and yellow pepper they taste delicious, and are very sweet cus of the onion and pepper.

    Hope this helps!

Slice lengthways into thin strips and marinate in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and grill on the BBQ  delish! Or chunk and roast with rosemary and garlic and other roast veggies (potatoes, carrots, parsnips, shallots etc) instead of boiled/steamed veg, or steam it with roast dinner.

Courgette is the yummiest veg ever discovered x

Courgette goes really well with bacon and they are really good in a quiche together.  I put it in anything though, spag bol, roast it with other veg, etc as my dad always grows enough to feed a small country.

It is nice fried in butter with a clove of garlic.

Or you could look up ratatouille if you also have a pepper and some tinned tomatoes.

I use them in alsorts as once you have peeled them you can hide them in stuff.
