My dh likes the fruit but hates anything with soggy bread!  I had a recipe for blackberry mousse on a pack of frozen blackberries once that looked nice so maybe try that.

thats my problem dh hates soft fruit lol

I made jam last year which was so simple and gorgeous, just used the recipe of the pack of sugar.  They go really well with apples in a crumble.  Or mix with some other soft fruit and make a summer pudding...my favourite but dh hates it!

Has anyone got any receipes for blackberries as they are starting to ripen on the bush and would love to do something with them this year??
