    I like mine done in proper fat rather than oil, I save duck fat if we have duck, or vegetable fat Trex and get it really hot before adding the potatoes.

    I love roasties.  I boil them till soft ish, drain them, shake them about in the pan, the shot them in a tray with hot oil in oven for 20/30 mins yum

    i cut the otatoe in half s i like big ones, part boil them, brush them with il and sprinkle osme herbs over, then put them in the oven for a hour till there all brwn and crispy ...yummmmm
