    It is different, but you can use bread flour - I have, I just found it a bit more sticky than the other one.

    No, it is different to bread flour. Aparantly Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose sell it. Doves farm and Spandoni tipo are the two main brands, but there could be others, including home brands.

    I have a questionsweetassugar75

    Hi all, ive invested in a pasta machine (the one that does seets noodles and ribbons) and need to make pasta dough (obviously lol)

    Now heres the question - i need to get in 00 flour. The flour which you need to make bread with, is the 00 flour the same as bread making flour?

    Or does anyone knows of a name (like the normal plain/self raising flour) of flour so i can grab a bag of the shelf instead of making maself look dim in asking at the supermarket ;0)
