"I made this the other day and it was so simple to do. All I did was fry an onion then mix it with a tin of corned beef (chopped up) and a tin of baked beans then put it in an oven dish, top with mashed potato and then pop in the oven or under the grill to brown the mash. Very easy to make and very yummy! "

I boil potatoes and grated carrot then mash together with a tin of corned beef and some milk and butter. Place in a casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Heat until cheese is bubbling and golden. Serve with a tin of chopped tomatoes to which you have added a crumbled oxo cube and a squirt of tomato sauce. Lovely with some crusty bread to mop up the sauce!
