As your lo is only 8 weeks old, it sounds normal to me that your lo's poo's are runny.  Try Pampers New Born which are designed to soak up the runny poo as much as possible

Hi, I changed my lo last tuesday from SMA gold to C & G 1 as since then she has had very runny bowel movements and i dont know whether to change her back or try something different?? ( 8+4wks )

I agree, just change the formula as soon as you can.  No need to wean off one on to another.
