it was me that mentioned it before! I only have it when I use formula not expressed but the only thing that seems to work is washing in v.hot soapy water first before rinsing.

I don't have this with formula (I use aptamil) but I always had this problem when expressing breast milk!  Plenty of hot water and washing up liquid should do the trick!  Then just rinse them well!

I think it depends on the ammount of fat in the formula, but like a pp said, use really hot water and washing up liquid and the grease/fat should all be washed off.

Mine are too. Kaiya is on nutriprem 2 as she was born at 32 weeks ( cow and gate ) i just leave them in a bowl of hot water with a touch of washing up liquid ( how it was done at hospital ) for 5 mins before rincing and putting in syeriliser. She has the TT closer bottles.

Are everyones greasy when they have been used?

I am using Sma, and have done with the other 3 but cant really remember, today though because we have been out all day i used ready made cartons and the bottles werent greasy at all. Everything feels greasy when it has been washed too, no matter how many times i wash or soak.

What am i doing wrong ? Or is it normal?
