i was 14 when i fell pregnant with lil girl 15 when i had her, im now 17 (18 in october) and 15 weeks pregnant due in feb 09.

i went to one of the worst schools in england but came out with good GCSE'S.

the looks and the comments just come with being a young mum, when your holding your gorgeous baby for the first time, u wont care about the comments or looks.

your age does not tell u wether your going to be a good mum, its what u believe and what u tell yourself, everyone has the potential to be a good mum you just have to believe it.

hi i know u wanted people aged 16-20 but i'm 22..i had my son when i was 19 and i know what u mean...but i REALLY could give a toss! i am a good mother to my son and my son has always been a happy and contented child! dont worry about what other people say, let them have their moan and get on with ur lives! its your life to worry about not theirs! whats the point in them worrying that u have had kids young! its a bit to late to be telling u that! anyway they will just take one look and u and give u a look , then another person with pink hair will walk behind u and they will moan about that person or her skirt being so short! or moan at a fat person eating chips! its just todays society....they got nothing better to do! so i say...

SOD THEM ALL and enjoy your kids! your a young mum and be proud! lol

I was 19 when i had my daughter, i looked about 13 and im only 4'11. So i did get the looks and dirty comments.

Young or old mum, non of them can win when it comes to people who dont know any better.

all that matters, that your happy and your children are. it took me awhile to get used to it.

hey, im 18, my little boy is now 7 months. I never got any funny looks from people when i was pregnant and people always comment now on how happy and content he is.. I think we all judge others too harshly on what they think about us young mums. There are some out there who do look down on us, but the majority are just happy for us...

All mums starting out dont have a clue about what is to come. i certainly didnt realise everything, but im learning as i go along. that goes for all mums not just young mums. I think im doin ok, im sure you lot are too x x
