Thank you
That's a good bargain, but I don't think I could use all of those. I'll just wait till I've used a conditioner spray up.

Cheers Loz101, I got some babybits to try and a pack of wipes from there too.
I'm hunting round the house for a small spray bottle now as they aren't cheap (for what they are anyway).

I use cheap flannels from ikea and just warm water to wash with. With a bit of luck I can use one end to wash with and the other end to dry ;-)

I use a fleece blanket from a £1 shop cut up into small pieces with camomile tea poured over in a plastic tub. The only soap flakes I know of are the ones you dissolve in warm water for household cleaning.

oh, and as wipes I use baby washcloths, £1 for pack of 6 from Poundland

I don't use soap etc on my washable wipes, I just use camomile and honey tea
teabags available from holland and barrett (I have Heath and Heather brand) or your local independent health food shop24/5/08 10:18
I'm looking at using washable wipes on LO and wondered where I can get the soap flakes/bits from that enable you to make up your own solution (to use in spray bottle) and what do you use as wipes please?
Can anyone advise where I can get them locally/shops etc please

Thanks in advance.

i just use warm water. i use a top and tail bowl, put a couple of flannels in, squeeze and wipe! nothing more fancy than that. Done it for 4 months with no probs/nappy rash and saved a fortune.
