    HI

If your nappy bucket gets a bit smelly, stick a sanitary towel in the lid with a few drops of tea tree oil on it, it stops smells and is a natural antibacterial, lavender oil does the same too.

Thank you for the advice. Will see how I get on. All washed and ready to go. Just need a baby to put in them! Not too long now.

Hi Sarah.  I used these on my newborn up to about 8 months when his thunder thighs just wouldn't accommodate them anymore.  They are a good nappy and we were very pleased with them.  In answer to your questions:

I personally always used a flushable liner as well - it helps get rid of the poo down the loo where it should be and not in your washing machine!   Although newborn liquid poo is just that, liquid!

On a newborn, you might get away wiht just the one insert (small one) for a few weeks and use them both at night.   I never did - used both all the time!  I didn't find these a great night nappy - try minki huggles if you have an issue - it will depend on just how heavy a wetter you have (although this always improves when they go on to solids and cut downt he liquid intake).

Yes, nappies are huge and impossible to put legs together - you will just get used to this - it's not a problem for your baby despite what some of your disposable using friends will tell you (real nappies 'perscribed' by consultants to help correct some minor hip problems, for example)

No, no need to dry inbetween washes.

No - no need to soak.  Leave in bucket with teatree until ready to wash.  As long as you have a tight fitting lid, you won't have a problem.

    Hope that helps!

Hi. I am a first timer and have just received my Wonderoos order from Baby Kind and I have a few questions. I guess some of my questions will be answered as I use them but any advice would be good.

They have arrived with flushable liners. How important are these to use?

There are two size liners for the pocket. Will I need both during the day or just the bigger one at night? Are they too big to use together for a newborn? It makes the nappy look huge and impossible for the baby to put his legs together!

Silly question. I know I need to wash them before use, which i have done once and was planning on 2 more washes. Do i need to dry them inbetween?!?

I ordered a bucket also with some t-tree but have since read there is no need to soak them. What do you think? Soak or not to soak?

Thank you in advance for your help.
