I tried lots of different shaped nappies on my lo. Finally settled on flexitots, but I started using them when lo was about 14lb, bought one size 1 and one size 2. Lo pretty much went straight into the size 2. I love them, they are soft, very absorbant and the white outside only get damp, unlike some other nappies I have that get soaked (personnal preference - might not bother others) I am pleased that I did not have to buy two sizes, which would have put me off buying. I use mine with a tots bots booster at night and it has never leaked. Sometimes get poo leaks, but I get them with all my other nappies too (TMI but lo does huge sloppy ones even at 6 months!). Rikki wrap sometimes holds it (but it never goes up her back like with pampers!) I would reccommend them, but try before you buy! PS don't tumble them from wet to dry, 10 mins to soften up is enough, but I use them untumbled as they are still nice and soft.

I have used this on my ds & on my dd (they are 7mths & 19mths). Found good for ds when he was under 4mths even though quite bulky in the crotch but not so great on dd as too narrow and leaky but she does have quite loose poo (sorry if tmi!) I have 1 x size 1 I'd be willing to sell that's only been used a handful of times if you'd like to try it out before committing to a full pack expensive purchase? If so pm me.

Just wondered if anyone has used these. Have been looking at different options and these seem quite good, so wondered if anyone had any first hand experiences.
Baby is due in a month so trying to get organised....

Well we've bought a day pack of 5, so will see how we get one wih them, then we can get more.
We have newborn disposables to start with, so will depend on how big baby is to when we start using them. Am going to use the disposables for the first 2 weeks then hopefully settle into a routine.
We have a tumble dryer, but i haven't used it for over a year. Hoping to mainly air dry so we'll see.
