if your baby's still quite diddy I really doubt you'll need anything extra other than the snap-in booster. The fluffles are reallly thirsty (try rinsing them in a handbasin and see how much they can soak up

You do have wraps for your nappies too?

i have a girl so do i just fold the booster bit in half?

i already have bamboozles in size 1 but i havent been using them religiously yet. still new to it all really.

use the snap in booster in the pocket, this should be enough but you can add in a folded terry square or other popperless booster (any brand should fit)  if its needed. for boys fold the snap in booster to double up at the front where its wetter

you don't need to worry about drying the nappies between pre-washes either

cotton/bamboo/hemp need several prewashes but generally microfibre nappies only need one prewash (to remove any manufacturing residue/gathered dust etc)

Hi ladies thanks for all your replies. I think I'm gonna get a sample of the lollipop micro, I don't have my scan til 21st oct, so I dont want to rush out and buy some till I see bubs heart beating away!! Going to get the nappies as my first baby buy to get all used to them, ohhh so excited.

Oh do they need washing loads of time before using them, if I get them nice and early I'll have loads of time to have a play!!! Lol

I personally wouldn't have 20 fluffles as they are bulky. I often recommend a combination of the Lollipop Micros and Softees (like fluffles). if you want quick drying then you can't beat the micros for fast drying, and slim fitting. The Softees (or fluffles) are quick drying but are bulkier so I think they are more suited to night time.

i managed to get some from an ebay shop and think they were half price aswell at £4.75 each then postage. these were the size 2 with poppers. i have heard they are very bulky so only bought 3 and plant to use them for nighttime use or more if just using rompers on in the house during the day.

    good luck.

i just bought 5 fluffles from nappyneeds.co.uk, in stock even with the poppers.

I like the fluffles but only as an overnight nappy as they are very bulky. I have 5 fluffles and use bamboo/cotton baby beehinds shaped B2P nappies as my daytime nappy.

Just because they're discontinued doesn't mean there's a problem with them- nappies don't really have ongoing consumable issues!- in fact you'll probably get them cheap now so go for it.

I love the lollipop micro's. They come out of the wash virtually dry. I always put a cotton booster in them, but the boosters dry quickly on a radiator. If the booster goes under the tongue bit in the size 2's, i find dd stays really dry (didn't have size 1 of these, so not sure if they have a sewn-in tongue bit).

not sure if they've been discontinued as well (got my most recent additions to collection from a website that was stopping selling them) but bambinex teddy are microfibre bamboo, much slimmer than fluffles (I've got 3 of them too lol) really quick to dry and lovely & soft

pocket nappies is also a good option if no tumble dryer, as you separate the "outer" (basically pul with fleece liner) from the stuffing & you can get microfibre pads to stuff them, cheap microfibre cloths to boost. Or prefolds & square terry nappies dry quite quick too.

    HTH!

Tots Bots do chop and change the range quite a bit. Quite a few companies offer microfibre nappies so its best to have a look on Google. I think the Lollipop micro is similar to a fluffle though. I didnt get on with Fluffles, but we liked nature babies loveable which are also very quick drying.

Hi, I'm g/c from dia, interested in using tots bots fluffles, but they seem to be being discontinued, does anyone know why, I thought these were a good seller? I saw  40 of them on e-bay (20 size 1 and 20 size2) was going to get them, after my fisrt scan, but even she hasn't anymore!!!

I just find it all a bit confusing, is there anything out there which is similar to fluffles? (i dont have tumble dryer)
