Tommee tippee are not BPA free. Born Free are online and do bottles and sterilising units which are BPA free. Also worth thinking about wether your kettle is plastic I think.

think TT do have BPA. there's a silicone sleeve thing goes inside a plastic sleeve that's totally BPA free & won't scratch as silicone but forget the name

I've onyl just started bottle feeding my son after breastfeeding so Im trying to catch up on all the news about BPA and bottles. I bought some Tommy Tippee botttles which I think are BPA free (I will have to check again, maybe ring them tomorrow) but now wonder if it is better to boil them in water or use Milton. I'd rather avoid checmical solutions such as Milton so have boiled bottles till now but wont the heat release checmicals from the bottles? Thinking of just buying glass bottles to save the worry. Stephanie
