Thanks for your replies.  I'm in Merseyside and do feel really down and low right now.  He doesn't want any contact from me only when he picks lo up on a Saturday and drops back off on a Sunday night but now he suddenly wants to change the arrangements and have lo Friday, Saturday nights til Sunday night - I don't want him to have it all his own way but I feel wrong for saying no but then I think well why should he have him just when it's convenient to him...he gets in the way all the other times.  I don't know, maybe I'm just hurting so much I can't see sense.

Hi, no sorry I dont know of any but I know how you are feeling I am finding it hard too and my lo is 9months now, my ex left me when 14wks pregnant, has moved on and I am still well not....

i'm just wondering if anybody has been to a group just for single parents?  i would like to find some information about attending them as i'm glad i take my lo to mums & tots groups and swimming but there's nobody that i can actually sit down with a cuppa and have a chat about issues that effect me day to day.

i'm really finding it hard excepting that i'm now a single parent.
