I had it all last week.  I found honey and lemon juice in hot water and lots of ribena also helped make me feel better, although it didn't shift it.

It's worth asking the pharmacistbut don't hold out too much hope. I've had a streaming cold for over a week and could only take paracetamol. Went to a wedding on Saturday - I had to take a bigger beg to fit all my tissues in. And there's only so much nose blowing you can pretend is from emotion at the day!

    Hope you feel better soon.

If you're feeling really rotten you could always try asking the pharmacist, they very highly trained and so long as you tell them you're pregnant they'll recommend only what you can take (if anything!).  Hope this helps?

Sorry to hear your not well. I know how you feel as I'm still getting over the flu I had last week. It's really hard to shift it when you cannot take anything.

    Hope you feel better soon.
