Well trust me to be awkward! I always manage to do things the wrong way round. Hehe!!! I hope mine doesn't go up too much towards the end cos I don't want to be having to trek up and down the hospital if I can help it.
My midwife told me that Blood Pressures usually go down in early pregnancy then up again towards the end.
My BP is usually normal to low- last check it had gone down to 90/65. Its decreasing but again midwife not worried- but i do make sure I eat regularly and try not to jump to my feet too much- I have had a few lightheaded moments! I guess everyone is different and as long as you dont keep fainting its safer to be on the low side? Hope next check is reassuring xx
Mine was 130/95 to begin with and now when I had my appointment on Tuesday it was 114/75. I think mine must have just been high during early pg for some reason, didn't have hgh BP before being pg. Hopefully now mine will stay down and here's hoping so does yours. It may go up towards the end - but I'm sure my BP didn't go up in my previous pg's although I was younger then of course...... hope this helps a little?
usually it does go up , but not always..mine was really low throughout.
if she said its fine enough to leave for another week then i guess all is fine hun n not to worry- she wouldnt leave u if something was wrong
if you do feel unwell..lightheaded or anything as a result though id go to docs to be safe

Morning all.
Had MW visit last night and all is fine except my blood pressure has gone from 140/100 3 weeks ago to 100/70. MW did have a look of concern but told me nothing to worry about they will recheck it next Friday.
I'm worried, not sure what it all means but I thought blood pressure went up during pregnancy.
Would appreciate any advise.

i had big problem with High blood pressure and was concerned if i fell pg this would cause problems i was asking a consulant about high blood pressure in pg and i was told that the first 3 months your bp can fall then will start to go back up afterwards.
I was not allowed to ttc though until they found the underlying cause of my HBP thankfully after 2 years they found the cause it was operated on and 7 months after i found out i had a positve pg test.
