Hi all!
Hope you're all doing well and keeping healthy. I am 33+4 and starting to realise that a baby is actually going to be here soon!! I've started my raspberry leaf capsules and listening to my birth preparation CD everyday. The only trouble is that it is so relaxing that I fall asleep quite early on and I don't know what the woman says after a while!! lol - my dh reckons I'll sleep through the labour at this rate, (doubt it somehow)! I even just tried listening to the last part today to see if I could remember any of it - only to wake up half an hour later with the cd ended again.
She does say that if you fall asleep that's okay because subconciously you are still listening. Ho hum, at least I am getting a relaxing 'time out' everyday! Take Care, Joanne x
