    Oh no!  I'm really sorry that I don't know anything about this either but I couldn't just read it and not reply!  I hope everything is ok.  I would say that if the appointment isn't until late October then maybe they aren't terribly worried about it?  I'm sure if they were they'd have got a much quicker appointment.  I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry.  I do know other babies that have had heart murmurs and they've been fine but they've just kept an eye on them.  Hopefully this is the same thing.  Is it worth contacting your health visitor or GP to get some more info?  Let us know how things go!

    Hiya, im so worried and have been in tears since 6 weeks baby check this morning. Doctor examined Amber and has referred her to the hospital because of finding a flow murmer. The appointment is not until 23rd Oct!!!!!   I dont really know anything about this or how serious murmers are. Please does anyone know anything about this?
