    Hi,

My name is Louise and I am also 38.  I have two girls aged 5 and 18 months and sometimes get broody myself.

I'm also from the "Hiya I'm new thread".  It would be great if you could come over and join us.

I'm new and want to say hi to you all. I hope this is in the right place. I'll be 38 on Thursday and i'm planning to have a baby (not pregnant yet). I have 3 other children 18, 16 and 8. I vowed i wasn't going to have any more (I did that after all of them). I definately wasn't after my last. I was booked in to be sterilised. But when i deeply thought that would be final, something inside was telling me "No". I didn't go through with the sterilisation. Afew years down the line and getting older but not too old I've unexpectedly become extremely broody and gooey!! I think it's because time is 'running out'. I saw the Dr. as i was worried about my age, she said i'l be fine & they'll monitor me closely. She advised me to finish my packet of pills, which i wasn't happy about as i'd just sarted a new packet. Anyway, i took the last pill last night. now it's all systems go. I hope i'll be talking to you in the future but for now i'll say sorry for waffling & goodbye
