I bounced back twice from my cs, think I was really lucky when I read about some of the horror stories out there. I thought it would have been worse with having Aidan but it wasn't as bad as I thought.
Glad all is well apart from the wrong way up bubs. Glad you missed the inspection thingy too, enough on your plate! lol. I can't believe you'll be stopping again soon. Then again I can't believe Aidan is 19 months today and Teagan is 10 wks today too! It just flies by when you're not looking doesn't it.
Well nothing much here. Still no meds from doc, says she'd rather not prescribe while I'm feeding Tea. She has a point and I agree but then again . . . . . . see how it goes, I've to go back in 2 wks again to see. Got the depo jag so no more bubs for us! Last time I was on that it too 2 years for my body to get back to normal so that's us finished. That's why I got it mind you, I know it works!! lol
Dp still at home just now, thankfully. Stops me going off my head! Tea just hates to be put down, she's a huggle constantly!! And Aidan is like a limpet to daddy's leg so that'll be a trauma when he goes back to work!
Away to do something constructive before I end up gelled to the couch like that woman was in that episode of Nip/Tuck! Oh that was gross!!

Well not a lot lel!!! Only 6 working days left!!!!!! I am feeling more relaxed. Just sitting watching the tv. Dh is away for a chinese for us all. Ds is in bed with a cold other ds is away at work and my little peach is in her cot sleeping!
Had a mw appointment on Thursday and basically everything is fine except the little imp is now transverse aaaargh and double aaaargh. So i have an appointment at the clinic instead of the doctors and she said they will scan me to confirm this [ unless imp turns by then] and they will asssess the position in relation to what they are going to do. If bubs doesnt turn, it looks like a section. She looks confident that it will since all my babies have been normal births. Think i will need to try the torch up the lady bits idea in the hope s/he turns. Dont fancy all the recovery esp with Eilidh being so wee. As far as the section is concerned - well they just whip it out and thats it so not too bothered about that. Done it the earth mother way anyway.
Anyway, thats about it. The HMI lady comes to work on Monday hee hee. I will be thinking about them all while i have my morning coffee lol!!! Better not be too smug, it would be just like the thing for her to turn round and say she will do a follow up visit when i am there!!!!!! Please no, i really could do without any of this stress.
Was at Braehead today and it was heaving!!!! I dont know why i go on a Saturday, its always so busy.
Anyway, now 34 wks and 1 day! Not long now.

Hi ladies!
Still here, still breathing, still sane(ish).
Well, not a lot this week. God, re we resigned to weekly postings now? How sad. Oh well, needs must and children need that's for sure, lol.
Aidan's cold has finally gone . . only for Teagan to get it. poor wee soul is all snotty and had a dry cough but it's not interrupting her sleep so that's a blessing. She is sleeping right through now all the time, touch wood I haven't just jinxed that, so I'm at least getting a sleep again now that Aidan is better.
Dp left his job in a blaze of anger on Tues but is away for an interview today and has another on Tues, so far. Both are local so better than travelling into Glasgow every day. He was 3 hours travelling every day and if he gets a job closer well, can only be a good thing. The usual though, money is crap cos it's not in the big city but you spend the extra on buses and trains anyway so I reckon it'll even out.
Aidan has really come on this week with Teagan. He even patted her on the leg three times in the trolley (see pic) as if to get her attention and it was so sweet! I nearly cried in the shop!! He seems to be more aware of what you are saying the last few days as well. Looks as if he understands more of what people are saying andwhat it means. His daytime nap has been a bit erratic though and I'm in a panic thinking it might stop. I need that time!! Only way housework gets done or coffee gets drunk! Don't know what I'd do.
Finally went to the lawyers yesterday and got the wills signed that we were supposed to sign last year, as in Jan last year! Just as well though cos we had to change the child to children and apponit a different guardian now we have 2. It was our friend that was to have Aidan but he's a single guy still at home with his mum and I couldn't ask him to have them both so my friend from school (who I met 29 years ago, omg) will be there for them. She is married with a little boy same age asAidan so that helps. Morbid stuff and I had a migraine last night after it all but you need it done don't you, especially with kids.
So that's my exciting week, what did you all get up to? How's work, kids, dhs, health?

Just me and Eilidh in today, so house is quiet! Or sort of!!!!! Ive just no energy to get out. Feel that working always catches up with me on the Saturday. Well thats me 33wks + 1 now!!!!!! Feeling good most of the time, its just the thought of rushing out and dragging Eilidh with me. Just cant muster up the energy!!!!!!! I feel bad for her but then again, its soon her nap time and i willl make up for it when i am off before bubs comes.
No carpal tunnel so far lel. I am sure i had it at this point. No swelling on my ankles either, maybe a little on my hands as my wedding ring feels tight now and again, but its shortlived. Have a mw appointment. Almost sure the baby is still head down. Its hiccups are low and its kicks are high!!!!!!
Only 9 working days left lol!!!! I had a real laugh after i went back to school after my cold. I found out that the HMI are coming out on the Monday [ My day off!!!!!!!] Relief really as i could do without the stress, but even funnier than that, it my jobshare partner is having to be observed by them!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha!!!!!! I will be thinking about her as i curl my toes up on the sofa with my cup of coffee!!!!!
Anyway, jules - you need a shower, i need a bath lol!!! Just going to put Eildih down for a sleep and then going to jump into a warm soak!!! She doesnt have a morning nap so goes down after lunch and usually sleeps for 2hrs. Its great. I get so much done.....for now lol!!!!!!!!!

Aidan was pretty bad during the night but seemed a bit better this morning. In saying that he's just had a melt down! We're debating the big bed move but it was going to be this weekend and not sure it's a good idea now when he's not well.
He's still eating everything, quite partial to the mail in fact. Anything that ISN'T food these days. And that was before he was ill. I don't know what to do with him. Just leaving him to get on with it tbh. Can't wait for you to join the clan Carla, we can all fret together!
I'm so jealous yo have a joint piccy Juls. Aidan is never near enough to get a picture and as for holding his sister . . . ?!?!? rofl, never happen!
Hope your shower helps. I'm off to get a bite to eat then Teagan will no doubt wake and have to be changed. My that girl stinks for such a small thing! lol

Morning ladies,I`m up & have been for over 3hrs! Usually I go back over after feeding the lo,but maya got her big girls bed yesterday and we`ve no gate on her door yet so I couldn`t contemplate thinking about going back to sleep this morning...........It was not too bad last night though,she only got out of it about 3 times,her wee voice getting closer when you just ignored her lol.We`ll need to get a gate today,it`s just too dangerous without one & a mattress for the cot.Oh I hate shopping....Saying that-I need new jeans
She`s just came and told me she`s eaten her bright green raisin box!!
I guess i`ll have some colourful poo to clean soon then 
..How`s your lo with eating things now lel,is he still at it?Hmm I wonder when it gets better,lol.I even gave maya a rubber teather to bite on,if she has to put things in her mouth,i`d rather it was something designed to be there!How`s his cold today?Oh remember you were saying about where to put the karvol carla,I forgot,but I usually put it on a bib and tie the bib onto the cot bar near the top and another tip I heard works(couldn`t tell you if it does tho!),vicks rubbed into the soles of the feet before bedtime apparently clears them.So they say anyway.
Sol slept well last night,he was the back of 6 this morning and is still sleeping,the wee tink sleeps more soundly in the day and for longer periods sometimes too.I can`t wait till he gets it the right way around and I get a whole night of at least 6 or 7 hrs undisturbed kip!
Better go get a shower,i feel really stiff and tired,i need to move about before I seize up,I`ve been at this post for ages and don`t wanna lose it either.

Hope Sol is ok. Sure he will be but as you say, keep an eye out you never bloody know with this nhs babies need a million jabs before they are 2 people!!
Teagan sailed through hers. Slept for hours that night, not bothered one bit. Neither was Aidan but don't remember him sleeping for about 14 hours! lol
Aidan had the temper tantrum from hell earlier before bedtime and only his cold saved him! I just didn't know how to handle an 18 month old throwing things around in a temper. He survived to liveanother day but I have the headache to end all headaches and feel like I've gone 10 rounds with Tyson (when he was fit!) He screamed and growled so much he started coughing then was sick! I was horrified!! Just couldn't believe it. ALison (neighbour) says she thinks once he can speak he'll calm down, that he seems frustrated just now. She has 3 boys so advice is welcomed from her, and I actually agree. I can see he so wants to say something but it doesn't come out.
Oh well, waffled enough again, off to bed hopefully soon and praying to everyone who will listen that Aidan sleeps through and is better in the morning. HA, just as I typed that he's having a coughing fit again! Oh someone save me!!!

Hello strangers,lol glad it`s not just me and in a few weeks carla,you`ll be in the same boat.ha!
Well we`ve had the week from hell,sols 1st injections went from bad to worse.Bad enough he has to get them,then worse when he kicks his leg away and the injection hits my leg and nobody knows how much he actually got in the 1st place.So it was onto public health and they advised him to be done again today-poor wee soul,it`s been traumatic to say the least.You just don`t know how much is too much and what`s not enough..
I`ll be watching him like a hawk the next few days.Hope everyone`s well and no colds on the go apart from aiden.Hope he`s better soon lel.

Struggling to get on here these days, quck posts here and there but never enough time to sit and ponder about what to tell you all, it's a quick, hello/goodbye at most! lol
Anyhoo, glad all is well at mw appt Carla. I remember with Aidan everyone knew every time I had an appt but with Teagan I dont think I even bothered dp with it. Oh how things change! lol
Not much here. Aidan has the cold. All snots and a smokers cough. Poor wee thing cant breathe through his nose, he sounds awful. Teagan on the other hand is thriving. She's now 8 wks and 10lb 3oz. Feeding her still but she has had the occasional oz of formula this week cos even me giving her ebm wasn't filling her! She's been ok last night and today so far but if she gets hungry I'm sure I will be told!!
I've not had time to read most of the other forums. I jut cant get on any more, even with the laptop beside me, it's depressing! lol This was my adult conversation moment and now I get n when no one else is on! I was beginning to think that Bounty was only doing office hours, lmao
Well better shoot off again. Just back from shopping with Teagan while granny done the watching of Aidan (not attempted it with the 2 on my own yet) but she's away, Teagan is feeding and Aidan is dripping everywhere so wondering if I should get out for a while!?
Hope you are all well and hopefully someone gets back on soon! You do know if we were "young" mums we'd be on here as much as ever!

I am feeling an awful lot better now, thank god.
It was just really an ordinary cold but every single part of my body seemed so heavy and ached lol!!!! I think the pregnancy was making it so much worse! - Unfortunately, its back to work on Wednesday.
Thanks for the birthday wishes. Eilidh had a nice first birthday just with family - very low key. Its well seen i am not a first time mum!!!!!!! All the first time mums are so busy planning fabullous first birthdays for their children but i know the truth!!!!!! hee hee!!!!!! I know that why not take the opportunity not to have one while you can get away with it lol!!! - as you very well could be doing it for the next em 14 yrs at least!!!!!!-esp with a girl!
Had a mw appointment on Thursday there. Everything is fine. Baby is still head down but she still says that could change right up until i am 36wks. Hang on in there bubs - only another 3wks pls stay put!!!!!!
Was reading through the posts and could not believe there is a baby that has been born from Due in May lol!!!! Wee Joshua, at 26wks weighing in at only 690 grams or 1.5 pounds!!!!!! [ i dont do grams lol] He sounds like a little fighter.
Hope everyone is good. Lel, my dd has developed such a bad tempered cry!!!!!! She is such a little peach but OMG she has another side lol!!!!!! Oh she is walking just about everywhere now and is at that stage of eating everything she finds on the floor. she is a little devil!!!!!
Anyway i guess it will be 50:50 - who knows what i will have!!!!!!! Do i have a prefrerence - is it bad to say? but probably a girl cause of the clothes and things i have and would be nice for Eilidh to have a sister as i never did!!!!!! Anyway, as long as its healthy thats all i care about when it comes down to it.

yes Juls you read that I was in hospital with Teagan for 3 days but what I meant was when I was in having her, not recently. Sorry, thought it might read like that but asyou know it takes long enough to post without re-writing it! lol
Yep, Tea feeds on and off all day too then constantly from the minute Aidan goes to bed (i.e. now!) til bed time. i give a couple of oz of ff around 8 or dp does it while I make dinner so she snoozes so we can eat then she's off and on til about half 10 when i give her bottle of ebm. Have you tried the top in the cot with him? Maybe he'd sleep longer smelling you there. Hugs to you anyway Juls, sounds like the way I was with Aidan. I cried a lot! lol Compared to that, missy is a dream and her cute little smile more than makes up for all the times she wants you to walk a mile in your living room with her on your shoulder, lol.
Carla, pray for a boy, even if it is too late to change it! lol
First jab tomorrow! I hate these but I suppose the good thing is I know what to expect this time. Just hope that she's ok with them? Aidan was neither up nor down with any of his, not even a wimper. Fingers crossed.
Right I'm off to finally turn over cbeebies which has been on for the last half hour and Aidan hasbeen in bed!

Lel,did I read right? You were in hozzy with teagan? I hope it wasn`t anything serious if I did read that..I`m just all over the place,yes the lack of sleep is taking its toll,he likes to get up between 4 or 5 and if i`m really lucky,he sleeps till 6 and is feeding all day on and off.
Tantrums,lol missys` fav word @ the minute is nup.She even said it to herself when she woke from a sleep.Lol kids,who`d have them..?!
How`s your pregnancy going Carla? Are you back to work this week?

Oh sorry I missed Eilidh's birthday! HAPPY BELATED 1st BIRTHDAY!!
A year already eh? Where does it all go, one minute you're moaning that they don't sleep through the night the next they are walking and talking and you can't get them out of bed cos they have a hangover! lmao A far away thought for me yet but sure it wont be as long as I think!
Hope the cold is better Carla. It's crap when you're ill and pg, nothing you can take and nothing you can do to ease it and yes you're right about school, stuff 'em!!
Juls, how are things with you? Just as hectic as here? I must admit, the feeding is taking it's toll. I'm stuck to the couch from 6 til about half 10 every night. Teagan just stocks up at this time but Ishouldn't complain cos she's slept through the last 4 nights. I express about 4 oz and give her that just before bedtime and that's her happy. Got a tip to give her my top or wrap myself in a shawl and sleep in it and give her that and it will help her sleep. I just give her my t shirt when I take it off when I go to bed and she sleeps sound. Don't know if it really helps but who cares! lol

Actually i have had a heavy cold and while i would normally not be bothered about it, it has completely floored me cause i am pregnant i think. Every muscle and bone has ached! So i took the time off. Noone thanks you for being a Marytr do they? So i say to hell with school - they will survive without me and quite honestly i dont actually care! I have only 4wks until i can rest up and relax on mat leave [ well almost]
Oh Eilidhs birthday was on Tuesday the 29th. My little sausage is 1
Just had some family round and a birthday cake. She was happy. Just got her a few bits and bobs. Unfortunately, she was difficult to go down to sleep tonight. She has got my cold and is such a wingebag with a cold lol!!!!
Got the Karvol out so it would help her to breathe but i am always at a loss of where to put it as you cant put it on her nightie and it says to put it on a hankie next to her. Not sure it would be a good idea, she might try and eat it lol!!!! I usually try and rub some on the edge of her bedding. Anyway, i gave her a cuddle, put her in her cot with her fave book [ Thats not my monster] and found her snoring away on top of it!!!!!! - looks like the menthol smell did the trick. Lets hope it helps her, if not it will be out with the Calpol,
Anyway, so tired. Quick browse then off to sleep. x

Hey you guys!!
Didn't have net for 2 days!! Thought I'd be ok cos I was in hospital with Teagan for 3 but it was hell on earth!!! Up and running but they reckon it will happen again cos the cable outside runs through a big huge (3 semis high) tree and the bark and the birds are wearing it away and there's no way round it other than cutting down most of the tree. We'll see how it goes, but not happy. OMG, the roof feels like it'll come off! These winds are awful!!
I've read your post but since I started this post at about 3ish (I think) I'm stuffed if I can remember what you wrote! Sorry!
All well here, kids doing great, Teagan is a monster and still wanting more, then she goes all girly and wants loves all the time. She's adorable!! Aidan is a tantrum on legs but I'm getting there. It's not even really Teagan that's causing them!!

The weather`s really bad here today,i was expecting slates to come off the roofs when I was out with the dog earlier,I had to do a detour coz i`d have ended up in ireland if i`d went my usual walk.
Lel how you diddling? Your toooo quiet! I hope things aren`t too tough and your feeling ok...?I don`t even know what month it is somedays,I asked some of the girls if they were taking their chances,and popping the question on jan 29th
I also thought Sol had his jags 2mrw.....The health centre called me 2day to make a new app,i`d missed it,t`was yesterday!Na the nursery is just attached to another school in a different village.I`m just being fussy,thought she`d get more attention in a smaller,less populated one.

yes Juls Aidan has just turned 18 months, and milking the temper moments already!!
Well at doc Teagan passed all the tests and she's sprouted another 6 and a half cms, she's so long and skinny!! Hope she stays that way, I'm wee and fat!! She's 9 4 now, that's just about 2 lbs since birth. God I can put that on in a day! lmao I never got any meds, she wasn't dishing. Says she defies anyone to be put in the situation and not feel the same so says I'm "normal" but if I really feel I need them I've to go back for them. I felt like that so that's why I said but hey what do I know!? Wasn't my doc so not too bothered, know if I go to mine I should be sorted. Would rather not be on them with feeding still but if needs must.
M&T sounds fun for dh Juls? lol They have a trauma with everything don't they? Must admit though dp is a lot more laid back than me. His downfall is the early mornings and all the footery things that go with getting them ready to go anywhere. He still thinks all youdo is put your jacket on and thats you ready! lol Is that a fancy nursery near you or is it a national one with a good rep? Sorry don't know the first thing about them so if you're being a snob it's over my head, lol Aidan will just be in the local nursery attached to the school then move up to school when ready from there. Never thought about any other. Neighbours kids all went to it and were happy enough so fingers crossed. Aidan seems to hate people at the moment, doesn't want to socialise at all so I'm worried that will be a problem but suppose he'll get over it. Mind you, I never! I like my wee bubble and would quite gladly only see a handful of people once a month, happy with my own company. Guess that's the good/bad thing about being an only child.
Carla, hope kids have been better and look, Friday again already! And nearly Feb too!! Where does the time go?!

Jeez,call me slow if you want but I didn`t realise eilidh and aiden were sooo young,they really are just babes! Poor aiden lel,he`ll not know what`s hit his wee life,no wonder he`s unsure of her.I hope things are not too bad for you today.He will come round tho,probably when he`s about 18!pmsl
Carla hope the kids are better behaved today,I think they know when you`re having a bad day and just play up! Is it P1 you teach? I was just thinking about the detention threat!lol
I`m having doubts about sending maya back to M&T,she`s bigger than the others and is being a real horror taking toys off the little ones,dh is coming back stressed out,and today she came home with a Y shape hole above her lip,apparently due to trying to jump on a bike while one of the ladies was lifting it up to put it away,dh was in the process of trying to put her jacket on when she just bolted away from him...
I`m not sure what to do,I know she has to learn to play but he`s getting stressed about it,WELCOME to the world of mums dave! I don`t know what happened to my text,once again a rogue button has been pressed.Yes Sol was born 3wks early,he`s now the grand old age of 8weeks,9 come monday and giving us big beamers and a wee chuckle here and there too.It won`t be long for you carla,it`ll fly in and then you`ll be wishing you were back here,hehe!
That`s maya registered for the nursery and call me a snob if you wish but...........I`m thinking maybe the maidens nursery might have been a better bet,I`m not sure if she`d get in but I may just try and see.I dunno,i`m toying with it atm.

yep Carla, she was 6 wks today. I can't believe it either. She's so big now and so cheeky but I love her so much, it's been a shock considering how down I was the whole 9 months then I just loved that little bundle! Strange, nature.
I think Sol was 3 wks early and Juls was due on 17th. Sorry Juls if that's wrong but I've lost the plot, I never remember things like that, I'm bad for it sorry.
Better go, missy has decided her tummy is empty once more (there's a surprise)

Morning,i`m still here,still going round in circles.I have 1 hungry boy and a toddler who`s started being very naughty and cheeky.Hmmm I even braved the playgroup the otherday because I wanted to see 1st hand what she was getting up too there,she`s a right horror.
