Hi, I was told I had a bruised womb in March 2000 when I was pregnant with my daughter Harmony. Mine was caused my a number of things; I had a child when I was 15 and my womb was still to small which damaged it, I then fell down the stairs which damaged it even more. If it isn't that serious and the doctors aren't worried about it then you should be fine. If it is a big bruise and it could jeopardise your delivery just try and do your best and keep calm when your in labour.

Yes i have heard of this before! have you been told that you have this? i was told i had this when i had a bleed at 13 weeks, its an area of blood in the womb - just like a bruise you get on your leg. Lots of ppl have had this and its not really been a problem for them.

However for me they found that i had a diffrent proplem when i went for my 20 week scan, and not a bruise or a hematoma as it is also called as they first thought. You can google "hematoma in the womb" it might give you some answers.
