you are supposed to take them with food. i lost a few pounds with them nothing major but i haven't got much too lose so it always slows down towards the end. i've stopped taking them now as i didn't feel they were making enough dfference to justify spending the money. hope they work better for you good luck

Hi, can you drink (as in alcohol !!) with these? also, I ve heard that you can't take them if your on the pill? is that right?
P.S they are only £14.99 in lloyds chemists at the moment!

no never had probs with going for number 2 if anything it made me more regular. Well this is my first week after stopping taking formoline and the first thing iv'e noticed is i've been more hungry and iv'e been eating more so doubt iv'e lost any weight this week suppose i will find out tomorrow. im abit annoyed with myself because i only needed to lose 1 lb this week to get my 50 lb certificate from weight watchers. oh well fingers crossed

how are people doing? i am on my 3rd day and feel less hungry but getting really thirsty and with this heat i get really hot...
will weigh on mondays so then i can track better as i havent weighed b4 due to no scales

Hi ladies.Nice to see your all doing so well.I have been so busy wih wedding plans ,that i haven't been on here.I am holding off weighing myself until friday if i can.I'll most likely get too excited and give in before then.I have been really good so am hoping for a good loss.I have been making lots of soups which i find really filling as they have lentils and beans in.Tomato chilli bean soup.It is sooooooooo yummy.I am lucky to be a good cook,so can prepare from scratch and know exactly what i am eating.Good luck ladies x

Does formoline bind fat or does it stop appetite for snacking? I am on hoodia but it's not really stopping empty belly rumbles, it's just making me not want to eat chocolate, I think it's my mind as I want to lose the weight so much, should I try formoline instead?

I have just ordered some and have a goal of getting into my dress for 24th August as its dd naming day.... want to drop a dress size
then drop another by end of september
hope to be a 10/12 for my holiday as i am all wobbly now at a 14/16 and 3 stone over weight

no didn't give me the runs just made me abit more regular which was good because i was constantly constipated before. well today is my last day with formoline as i have decided to go it alone as don't want my body getting reliant on tablets. so saturday will be the day when i find out if the weight loss was because of formoline or because of what i have done. i am worried that my weight loss may stop but i can't keep taking them forever so here goes wish me luck xx

Just bought some as you lot have had such good results! I am getting married next August -09 and need to lose at least 4 stone!
Please god let these work with a low fat diet!

well done hun x i'm not taking them anymore but i'm thinking i should i can't seem too lose weight even though im eating the same amount as i was on formoline. i'm not sure what to do? can't really afford formoline. i'll let you know what i decide? xx
