nikki they are not illegal they are illegal to sell but not to have in your posseions you can buy them online and have them posted to you ! i have used them to lose weight and yeah they work really good but when you stop taking them the weight goes back on so not really a winner there unless your gonna take them all the time or change your diet with them and do some regular excersice hth x

I took it for a few months before I had my first baby, in the form of T5's.....

It does make you loose weight, but has exactly the same feelings as Anphetamines.... So if you look them up, that's what Ephedra does..... I became so moody in the end & my skin was so bad..... I'd never take them again as it's quite difficult to stop taking them once you start..... I used to love how much get up & go they gave me.... But I also had a come down with them, which was awful.....

They make you loose your concentration really quickly too..... I wouldn't recommend them, there are better ways to loose weight. x

it is taken by people who use the gym excercise etc, it gives u an energy boost too improve fitness etc.

I personally would never take anything that was illegal as it could always do more damage than anything.

i never knew ephadrine was a slimming pill.

i took it whilst i was seeing a bloke who was a big fitness fanatic and built like a brick s*** house!

i always assumed it was only known for that purpous. i wouldn't suggest taking it though, the effects are similar to those from ecstasy and can do a lot more harm than good.

If losing weight means more than living then go ahead & try them. They're illegal for a reason!

don't even go there i read an artical in a magazine about these they are supposed to be simolar to anthetamine and cause hurrendous side effects they are supposed to melt your fat! in the article it said about a girl who died after taking them.

as the questions says really has anyone tried the tablets with or without sucsess.
