Hi hun, sorry you don't feel well and believe me i know how it feels. I had really painfull blocked sinus's when PG with my DS and couldn't take much to relieve it as most you can't take when PG.
I ended up at the Drs crying (that didn't help either LOL!!!!
) She told me to steam my face as much as i could , use vicks dissolved in the water (not too much or your eyes won't stop watering!!) and tip your head upside down properly.........i mean chin tucked right & head hanging down so literally your head is upside down and your sinus's drain easily. It works
i did it a few times and really felt them drain, i almost went back to kiss my GP coz i had suffered enough and it was really getting me down.Try this and hope it work for you. x

I have had this bunged up head & sinuses now for nearly 3wks & have took decongestant tablets & even antibiotics from the Dr but still wont clear. My head, neck & nose is very sore & is hard enough with having to look after a 1 yr old while feeling like this. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations that would help shift this ?

Sounds silly but have you tried cutting down on cows milk/cheese/yoghurt. Dairy products can make you bunged up in the sinuses.
