Well im in exactly the same boat...

Started last Monday and have lost 9lb!!!!!

First day was awful felt really bad, terrible headache and really really hungry, but gotta say when i woke the next day felt great!

I need to lose loads of weight, roughly 3 stone but the reason for slimfast is im going to Centre parks in 4 weeks with friends and i wanna take the kids swimming and feel dead embarrased in a costume so even if can lose a stone i will feel bit better!!!
