i wanted to know either way so i did a preg test, it was neg so i was not pg, not miscarrige so i dont have that worry.

it deffo must be the grapefruit diet as i lost 12 lb in a week, it must be, i hope it hasnt caused any other dammage, like torn anything insode me, the tummy aches hurt alot more than normal perood, although the bleeding not as bad.

still off to drs monday

This diet could have done it because you have lost so much weight so fast so your hormones which are stored in fat will be all over the place!

On the other hand if you were pregnant and doing this then you might have had an MC. The only way to know is to go on to A&E where they would do a scan.

CALLED NHS DIRECT THEY told me to keep en eye on it and go to drs on monday or go to hospital if it gets worse, not much blood now and its new blood and if it was a miscarriage wouldnt it be brown and clotty?

i will need smear ect doing too. pains not as bad now had painkillers just gonna rest today in bed, what a fright that was.

i didnt think grapefruit juice could do this? i have onlt had 2 glasses a day since monday anyway. and cheaped had pizzas ect so i havent even done the diet this week or at wk end as it was the diet 2 day break.

i woke up this morning bleeding, ran to the loo bleeding, in agony in my lower back and tummy, but i am on the pill as i have been for years, not due on for amother 2 weeks or so,

i went to bed last night with lower back pains and actually loked to my O/H that they felt like labour pains, the thing is i didnt think i was pregnant, but now the only thing i can think of is a was and i am loosing the baby.

i dont know what to do, drs cant fot me in till 5 even as an emergency, should i go to a&e, it hurts alot.
