    Just a quick update I have lost 4lbs in 3 days just cutting out all the rubbish and eating plenty fruit and veg

    I did do the atkins diet a about 2 years ago and i always managed to keep the weight off after the now it has started to come back on again maybe eating like a pig doesn't help(lol) When I was on that i got down from 13st 11 to 10st 2 and I felt great I might give it ago again.

    hiya ppl, i have just started atkins im on my 5th day and i have lost 9lb so far!!!!its really easy to do- i no most people think its fry ups all the time but i do it in a very healthy way eg i had 2poached eggs and 2 pieces of grilled bacon for brekkie, i will have tuna mayo salad for lunch and probably chicken wrapped in bacon with veg for tea, and if i wana trat myself i might even add melted cheese lol u dont have to eat burgers 24/7!!! a mate of mine did it for 3 months and lost 2stone 12lb and came off the diet in june, she has been eating normally sice and has actually ate loads of crap and hasnt put on a single lb!!!if u wana lose weight quickly this has gotta be the diet for ya!!!!!!

    hi i joined weight watchers and really stuck to it (points) and lost 9 1/2 lbs in 2 weeks. there have been people in my meeting that have lost 7 lbs in a week! but others haven't it depends how hard you try imho good luck xx

    Hi ppl. I found when i started the special K diet i lost about 3lb the first week and 2lb the 2nd week, maybe you could try that, even if you loose 5lb rather than 7lb in two weeks youll notice the difference in your clothes.

    I did the special k diet  and excersied  3x aweek for over 2 weeks, something like 4 or 5weeks and my body really got used to small meals and smalls snacks, and ive lost 6lb more than my target weight, so if you still to it well with will-power and excerise the pounds should fall off. good luck x

    I did get myself down to 10stone 2 but i have put my weight back on again and i am 11stone 2 and i want to be 10st 7 i go on holiday in 2 weeks and i can still get into a 12 but my hips are just starting to hangover iykwim.
