    hi. i do that but to be fair i just wanted to hide it full stop. i had an eating disorder tho. so be carefull u dont develop habbits like this. its easy to get carried away trust me

    big baggy clothes. butt o be honest if you lose alot of weight they will see it in your face and theres no hiding that unless you don't go out of the house. lol

    You're not crazy- I've always done that LOL! The secret is planning ahead. If you eat with your OH, make the 'same' meal for you both, but if for example you're making spag bol- make yours with veg instead of meat and have 1/2 what you'd normally eat. Or if you're going out with friends for a meal, make allowances during the day so you can eat 'normally' in front of them. Planning what/when you'll eat is important. If a friend insists on you having a piece of cake/biscuit, develop a wheat intolerence suddenly!

    I want to hide my weight loss from people, i dont want anyone to know i am losing weight as i want them to have a big shock when its all gone lol Anyone have any ideas on how to do it?
