    Hi, I have just started a diet/fitness routine after having my first baby as I put a bit of weight on during it. I dont believe in starving yourself or denying anything.

    If your hungry just snack on fruit, veg etc and always try a glass of water first as it may just be thirst. And exercise once or twice a week to maintain things. It is so hard as there are so many temptations out there!!  I find buying the wee snack sizes of mars/bounty etc and popping them in the freezer as you then take forever trying to eat the frozen bar that it feels like you have had a good treat!

    i joined ww jan 2007 i weighed 12st then i lost 2 and a half stone by the july got to my goal weight and felt fab, i struggled to maintain and between then and the december was up and down all other the place last year i tried to stick to it but regularly gave up and was again always up and down, this new year i went back tried to stick but only lasted a  few weeks before i gave up and now things are just getting worse and worse, i weigh nearly 11 stone again and just cannot stick to a diet and the prob is i binge a lot (i dont make myslelf sick or anything just have to eat and cant stop) my weights going up and up and the more i try to stick to a diet the worse the binge. how can i get myself out of this and back on track. its really getting me down and that makes me want to eat more. i need to break this cycle but i dont know how. theres no point going back to weight***chers as i know i wont stick to it then i will hate myself for wasting money. please help me.
