Hi to be honest you are better off trying to get a weight watchers calculator, the book does not list all foods that you may eat. With the calculator you can use it to work out the points on anything even ready meals etc.

Hi I don't do ww but have a look at this site http://www.freewebs.com/noreenblackett/index.htm it has a lot of points values for all sorts of meals and could be handy when eating out and about. Sorry I can't be more help, but there are lots of ladies following ww that can probably help a little more. xx

Hi ladies, I'm new to this forum but needed some help with weight watchers. I've done this diet before, just by using a work colleagues book and found it to be quite good. Since having my LO 8 months ago I've struggled to lose the last few pounds so decided to do it again. I didn't want to go to meetings as I don't have time and can't really afford it! Anyway, I bought the books off e-bay but they've all changed now. My friend had a blue book which listed every food possible but I don't have that and am struggling to work out how many points are in stuff. Does anybody else do weight watchers who are having the same problems? There is an 'Eat Wisely' book which has points values in but they are only basic ones e.g. bread and eggs etc (no named food iykwim).
Thanks
Nyssa xx

if yo go for one week get all the books and buy the ww food scales they are 40 but you can type in the name of some thing in to it and it weighs it and tells you the points if the food name is not stored in the scales you can press input and put in the calories and sat fats the food has and it tells you what points are in it i got some through my neighbour who goes to ww and i think it was well worth the money
