hi thought we could add some slimming world recipies that we like i do a quorn meatball chilli with rice i chop onions and peppers add them to a pan with fry light add chilli powder fry for a bitadd tom puree tin toms and 3 beef stock cubes add meatballs cook till heated if you would normally have soured cream like i did use natural fromage frais tastes really similar
