    thanks for the replys im so fussie and dont like loads off food like veg dairy product wholemeal bread eggs everything like that probably most things that are good for you i dont like which i hate but cant help. im also finding it hard finding time to actually eat and when i do get a chance its normal 2 or 3 and i might as well wait til dp gets home for work to have dinner so i think thats were my big problem is.

    several members at my sw group are former ww they said sw is better as they dont feel hungary due to all the free foods and dont have the hassle of all the weighed foods most people i know have said on ww you are hungrier suppose its how dedicated you are i go to slimming world and ive lost nearly stone in 7 weeks

    I think it's just a case of what suits you hon. I know nothing about WW except I think it's points. SW you have original days and green days and its all about food optimising. Very very little weighing or measuring and all free foods you eat as much as you like (literally!!!!) Red days tends to be lots of fish and meat, green days rice, pasta, noodles, potatoes. Lots and lots of free foods all veg, fruit, eggs, quark, VLF cottage cheese, muillerlights the lsit goes on and then there are 2 healthy a's to choose and 2 b's a day. The a's are your dairy - milk, cheese etc and B's are your fibre - wholemeal bead (very limited), cereal, porridge, etc Probably made that sound very complicated but I've had 3 weigh ns and lsot 9lbs. You never need fell hungry and you just eat free foods if you get peckish!!

    hi i have to lose weight but dont no weather tojoin weight watchers or sliming world no all about ww but nothing about sw any one got any advice on whats better.
