    What about doing the core plan then you dont need to worry about weighing things etc.

    thanks am doing it from home. using pionts sensibly, fruit, yoghurts etc had a bad day today so a fresh start tommorow.from what i have read if bf should have an extra 10 points but didnt last time so now debating what to do cos dont want to affect milk supply but it didnt do with ds c1 mmmmmmmmm

    Your scales might not be the same as the WW ones they use in  meetings. Just keep going, some people dont loose on the first week but then have a good loss the next week.

    Hi

    What are you using your points on?  Some people at class who use the majority of them for unhealthy choices werent losing weight.  The people on the core plan tend to lose more weight than the ones doing points in the class I go to.

    only been doing it 6 days but had a sneaky wiegh am and lost nothing. wieght 10 12 am breast feeding and on 19pts doing it frm home. not cheated honest wondered if not having enogh as bf.
